RSA TEXT PROCESSING 1 PART 1

AIM

The aim of this award is to assess candidate's ability to produce, from handwritten and typewritten draft, a variety of simple business documents including

• A letter
• A memorandum
• A short report or article.

The overall aim of the award is to meet the business document production requirements of the discerning employer and to give candidates the opportunity to demonstrate competence to the level demanded for NVQ Administration Level 1.

Who is the course for?
This Stage 1 award is intended for the beginner typist/keyboard operator with sufficient skill, underpinning knowledge and command of English to carry out the production of simple business documents.

RSA TEXT PROCESSING II PART 1

AIM

The aim of this award is to assess candidate's ability to produce, from handwritten and typewritten draft, a variety of routine business documents including

• A letter
• A memorandum
• A report or article.

The overall aim of the award is to meet the business document production requirements of the discerning employer and to give candidates the opportunity to demonstrate competence to the level demanded for NVQ Administration Level 2.

Who is the course for?
This award is intended for those with sufficient skill, underpinning knowledge and command of English to carry out the production of routine business documents without supervision.

RSA TEXT PROCESSING III PART 1

AIM

The aim of this award is to assess candidates' ability to apply
advanced processing and production skills to produce, from handwritten and typewritten draft, a variety of standard business documents'. The documents to be produced include

• A letter
• A memorandum
• A report or article.

The overall aim of the award is to meet the business document production requirements of the discerning employer and to give candidates the opportunity
to demonstrate competence to the level demanded for NVQ Level 3.

Who is the course for?
This award is intended for those with sufficient skill, underpinning knowledge and command of English to carry out the production of a variety of standard business
documents without supervision.
