• Stress Management action plan

There is the opportunity to sample complementary stress therapies on this course to include:

- Reflexology - foot massage to relieve various stress conditions
- Aromatherapy Workshop - understand oils and their uses
- Yoga - gentle therapeutic exercise

We must have a group of 10 or more adults to run this course.
