a nationally recognised and widely used competence based programme that enables individuals to conduct internal quality assurance checks of the assessor process. Management - NVQ Levels 3, 4 and 5 Professional qualification at three
different levels designed to give managers an opportunity to develop their performance in their job in order to become more effective and progress in their career. These qualifications also give opportunity to become affiliated with and associated to professional bodies.

There is the option to achieve accreditation linked to the Adult Core Curriculum for Literacy and Numeracy for those who wish to take a first step on to the ladder of lifelong learning. No matter what career one would like t6 embark upon these first steps are a necessary pre-requisite. Career guidance features significantly as an exit strategy from such programmes.
There is the option to achieve a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering accredited by The Royal Society for the Promotion of Health. Skills for Health addressing skills deficits, which affect individual and community health seeking to improve the individuals skill in dealing with everyday health issues.
